To provide a home appliance management system capable of determining appropriate maintenance personnel depending on the malfunction of home appliances.SOLUTION: A disclosed home appliance management system is constituted of home appliances, a user terminal, and a home appliance management device. Either of these units has a log data acquisition unit that acquires log data of the home appliances; a defect classification unit that detects a defect of the home appliances using the log data; and a maintenance proposal unit that determines whether the detected defect is capable of being dealt with through maintenance work by the user, and when the defect is capable of being handled by maintenance work by the user, creates maintenance proposal information that proposes maintenance work by the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】家電機器の不具合に応じて、適切な保守実施者を判定することを課題とする。【解決手段】本発明は、家電機器、利用者端末および家電機器管理装置で構成され、これらのいずれかが、家電機器のログデータを取得するログデータ取得部と、前記ログデータを用いて、当該家電機器の不具合を検知する不具合分類部と、検知された前記不具合が利用者による保守作業で対処可能な不具合であるかを判定し、前記利用者による保守作業で対処可能な不具合である場合、前記利用者による保守作業を提案する保守提案情報を作成する保守提案部を有する家電機器管理システムである。【選択図】 図１
