To provide a care transfer device which can sufficiently secure safety when transferring a care receiver.SOLUTION: A care transfer device comprises: a transfer device body 4; a receiving structure 8 which receives a care receiver; a first slide mechanism which movably supports the receiving structure in a lateral direction; and a second slide mechanism which movably supports the receiving structure in the vertical direction. The receiving structure comprises: a receiving body 42 which supports the care receiver in a placement manner; and a rotation support body 44 which covers one surface side of the receiving body 42.
