Summary:To appropriately change a magnification rate of a display image dynamically in accordance with the advancement of a medical device without an operation by an operator.SOLUTION: An X-ray diagnostics device includes a first region-of-interest setting unit, an imaging unit, a second region-of-interest setting unit, a device detection unit, a magnification rate changing unit, and a display control unit. The first region-of-interest setting unit sets a first region of interest in a three-dimensional medical image on the subject. The imaging unit images the subject on the basis of the first region of interest, and acquires a plurality of X-ray images of the subject. The second region-of-interest setting unit sets a second region of interest on the basis of the arrangement of the imaging unit. The device detection unit detects a medical device inserted into the subject in the plurality of X-ray images. The magnification rate changing unit changes a magnification rate of a second X-ray image acquired later than a first X-ray image of the plurality of X-ray images on the basis of the position of the detected medical device.
