To provide a baggage storage device including shoulder straps for shoulder hanging attached to the baggage storage device and capable of significantly dispersing a load applied to a body even when a width thereof is narrow.SOLUTION: A baggage storage device comprises a baggage storage part and shoulder straps 1 for shoulder hanging. Each shoulder strap 1 includes a net-like structure 10 in which random loop-like continuous linear bodies made of a thermoplastic resin are fused at intersections of the continuous linear bodies, and a synthetic leather sheet 20 including a resin layer made of a synthetic resin, formed on a base material layer of a nonwoven fabric or a woven/knitted fabric.
