Summary:To provide a vehicle-mounted antenna device that is suitable for installation on a vehicle and can achieve high communication quality.SOLUTION: A vehicle-mounted antenna device 10 is a vehicle-mounted antenna device installed on a vehicle, and includes an antenna substrate 30, a plurality of TEL antennas 100, and a GNSS antenna 200. Each of the TEL antennas 100 is a plate-shaped antenna whose antenna portion is electrically connected to the antenna substrate 30 via a power feeding portion and a GND grounding portion. Further, each TEL antenna 100 is installed so that the antenna portion is parallel to a substrate plane of the antenna substrate 30 at a position that is a predetermined distance apart in a first direction that is perpendicular to the substrate plane of the antenna substrate 30.
