Summary:To provide a method and a system that can determine the risk of arrhythmia or arrhythmia-related disorder such as atrial fibrillation with high accuracy, which can be applied to a wide range of races.SOLUTION: A method for determining a subject's risk of arrhythmia or arrhythmia-related disorder includes the steps of: preparing a data list including the effect allele and effect size of genetic variations related to arrhythmia; obtaining subject's genetic information; calculating an arrhythmia risk score from the subject's genetic information on the basis of information in the data list on the effect allele and effect size of genetic variations related to arrhythmia; and determining an arrhythmia risk on the basis of the risk score.
