Summary: | To provide a chemical analyzer provided with a hollow fiber deaeration module that can maintain its original good deaeration performance even during long-term continuous use, and in addition, can suppress growth of germs or the like.SOLUTION: A hollow fiber deaeration module 20A has a housing 210, and hollow fiber membranes 220 arranged in an internal space S1 of the housing. The housing 210 has: a liquid supply unit 216A that connects an outside of the housing 210 and internal spaces S2 of the hollow fiber membranes 220 to each other, and supplies constant-temperature water W1 to the internal spaces S2 of the hollow fiber membranes 220 from the outside of the housing 210; a liquid discharge unit 217A that connects the internal spaces S2 of the hollow fiber membranes 220 and the outside of the housing 210 to each other, and discharges the deaerated constant-temperature water W2 to the outside of the housing 210 from the internal spaces S2 of the hollow fiber membranes 220; and a gas discharge unit 218A that connects the internal space S1 of the housing 210 and the outside of the housing 210 to each other, and reduces a pressure in the internal space S1 of the housing 210.
