To efficiently perform a process of an evolutionary computation algorithm.SOLUTION: An information processing device which determines conditions of a plurality of elements, by using an evolutionary computation algorithm comprises determination means which determines conditions of the plurality of elements, by repeating: acquiring a plurality of condition information sets including condition information on each of the plurality of elements, and evaluating the plurality of condition information sets, respectively; and performing a process of intersection and the process of mutation to generate the plurality of condition information sets of next generation. The process of intersection is the process which crosses the condition information on the same elements in two condition information sets.
