Summary:To provide a pipe device capable of suppressing movement in an axial direction while having functionality, and a corrugated double pipe.SOLUTION: A corrugated double pipe 50 has a double layer structure throughout an axial direction, the double layer structure comprising: a cylindrical inner layer 51 made of a non-foamed synthetic resin material; and a cylindrical outer layer 52 brought into close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the inner layer 51, and made of a foamed synthetic resin material. The corrugated double pipe 50 has annular recesses 53 and annular protrusions 54 alternately provided along an axial direction.
