To provide an induction heating cooker that enables information on a heating-target to be easily obtained.SOLUTION: An induction heating cooker 1 comprises: an inverter 13 that converts DC voltage into a high frequency voltage and outputs the high frequency voltage; a heating coil 15 that heats a heating-target 16; load characteristic detection means 17 that detects the load characteristic of the heating-target 16; a control device 19 that controls the inverter 13 and outputs information on load characteristics on the basis of the detection results detected by the load characteristics detection means 17; and notification means 18 that notifies a user of the induction heating cooker 1 of information output from the control device 19.
