To provide a renovated sash for allowing base materials to be screwed to fixed surfaces without being inclined.SOLUTION: A renovated sash 1 includes existing frames remaining in an opening 2 of a building, new frames mounted covering an area on the inner periphery side of the existing frames, and base materials 130, 230, 330, 430 arranged between the existing frames and the new frames. The ends on the indoor side of the base materials are mounted at clearances D from mounted faces, respectively.
