Summary: | To provide an inspection device and the like capable of inspecting a motor device with high accuracy while reducing a workload.SOLUTION: An inspection device for inspecting a motor device comprises: a data acquisition unit that acquires time-series data including sound pressure or vibration waveforms based on sound or vibration generated during the operation of the motor device; a data processing unit that executes frequency analysis on the time-series data acquired by the data acquisition unit; and a determination unit that determines evaluation classification of the motor device on the basis of a result of frequency analysis obtained by the data processing unit. The data processing unit executes the frequency analysis on the time-series data by limiting to a section of a temporal axis set according to a type of abnormal sound or a frequency band set according to the type of abnormal sound. The determination unit performs determination by an evaluation classification determined on the basis of audibility of an operation sound of the motor device and an algorithm on the basis of machine learning for the result of frequency analysis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】作業負担を軽減しつつ、モータ装置の検査を高精度に行うことができる検査装置等を提供する。【解決手段】モータ装置の検査を行う検査装置であって、モータ装置の動作時に発生する音または振動に基づく音圧または振動波形が含まれる時系列データを取得するデータ取得部と、データ取得部により取得された時系列データに対して周波数分析を実行するデータ処理部と、データ処理部により得られた周波数分析の結果に基づいて、モータ装置の評価区分を判定する判定部と、を備え、データ処理部は、時系列データに対して、異音の種類に応じて設定された時間軸の区間、または異音の種類に応じて設定された周波数帯域に限定して、周波数分析を実行し、判定部は、モータ装置の動作音の聴感に基づいて決められた評価区分と、周波数分析の結果に対する機械学習に基づいたアルゴリズムによる判定を行う。【選択図】 図1 |
