Summary:To provide an engine capable of suitably detecting abnormality of flow control of a bypass flow passage of a supercharger.SOLUTION: An engine includes an exhaust bypass flow passage connecting an outlet of an exhaust manifold and an exhaust outlet of a supercharger, an intake bypass flow passage connecting an inlet of an intake manifold and an inlet of the supercharger, an exhaust bypass valve V3 provided in the exhaust bypass flow passage, a main throttle valve V1 provided in a downstream side of a compressor of the supercharger, an intake pressure sensor for detecting a pressure of the intake manifold, and a control device for controlling the main throttle valve V1 and the exhaust bypass valve V3. The control device feed-back controls a valve opening of the main throttle valve V1 so that the pressure detected by the intake pressure sensor approaches a target pressure of the intake manifold, and controls a valve opening of the exhaust bypass valve V3 in accordance with an engine load.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】過給機のバイパス流路の流量制御の異常を良好に検出するエンジンを提供する。【解決手段】エンジンは、排気マニホールドの出口と過給機の排気出口とを接続する排気バイパス流路と、吸気マニホールドの入口と過給機の入口とを接続する吸気バイパス流路と、排気バイパス流路に設けられた排気バイパス弁V3と、過給機のコンプレッサの下流に設けられたメインスロットルバルブV1と、吸気マニホールドの圧力を検出する吸気圧センサと、メインスロットルバルブV1、及び排気バイパス弁V3を制御する制御装置と、を備える。制御装置は、吸気圧センサにより検出された圧力が吸気マニホールドの目標圧力に近づくように、メインスロットルバルブV1の弁開度をフィードバック制御し、エンジン負荷に応じて排気バイパス弁V3の弁開度を制御する。【選択図】図8
