Summary:To achieve an array antenna capable of securing excellent antenna characteristics even when a plurality of antenna elements are arranged at high density on a dielectric substrate.SOLUTION: An array antenna 1 using a dielectric substrate 10 is configured to include a plurality of antenna elements 20 and 30 arranged along a Y direction of the dielectric substrate 10 and one or a plurality of slit units 40 formed by partially cutting out the dielectric substrate 10.
