Summary: | To provide a transfer device capable of efficiently inspecting whether or not transfer is performed normally.SOLUTION: Based on varnish data 100, a UV varnish layer V with adhesiveness is formed in a predetermined shaped area on a sheet. A long web 52 holding foil is brought into contact with the sheet to transfer the foil to the varnish layer-formed area of the sheet. The web 52 and the sheet are separated while leaving the transferred foil on the sheet, thereby obtaining residual shape data 200 representing the residual shape of the foil remaining on the separated web 52. An inspection unit 90 compares the obtained residual shape data 200 with the varnish data 100, and based on the result, determines whether or not normal transfer is performed successfully.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】転写が正常に行われているか否かの検査を効率的に行うことができる転写装置を提供する。【解決手段】ニスデータ100に基づき、シート上の所定形状の領域に接着性のあるUVニス層Vを形成する。箔を保持する長尺のウェブ52をシートに接触させて、箔をシートのニス層形成領域に転写させる。転写後の箔をシート上に残してウェブ52とシートとを離間させ、離間後のウェブ52に残存した箔の残存形状を表す残存形状データ200を取得する。検査部90は、取得した残存形状データ200をニスデータ100と比較して、その結果に基づき正常な転写の成否を判断する。【選択図】図9 |
