To provide a coil bobbin capable of suppressing interference of a winding start portion of the conductor wire and more orderly winding a conductor wire, and to provide a brushless motor including the same.SOLUTION: There are provided: a coil bobbin having a trunk part as a square column-shaped core rod around which a conductor wire is wound, and a first flange part and a second flange part serving as flange-like parts provided at both ends in its length direction of the trunk part, wherein the conductor wire begins to be wound around the trunk part from a root part as an end on the first flange part side, and a groove that passes through a position adjacent to a position at a first corner and guides the conductor wire to the first corner is formed on a face directed to the trunk part side of the first flange part when an angle which is any angle of the root part and serves as a starting point where the conductor wire begins to be wound around the root part is called the first corner; and a brushless motor including the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】導線の巻き始め部分の干渉を抑え、導線をより整然と巻回することができるコイルボビン、及びこれを備えるブラシレスモータを提供する。【解決手段】導線が巻き付けられる角柱形状の芯棒である胴部と、胴部のその長さ方向における両端に設けられた鍔状部である第１フランジ部および第２フランジ部と、を有し、胴部には、第１フランジ部側の端部である根元部から導線が巻き始められ、根元部のいずれかの角であって、該根元部に導線が巻き始められる始点となる角を第１角部というときに、第１フランジ部の胴部側に向けられた面には、第１角部の位置に隣接する位置を通り、該第１角部まで導線を誘導する溝部が形成されているコイルボビン、及びこれを備えるブラシレスモータによりこれを解決する。【選択図】図２
