Summary:To provide a solid state image pickup device, a driving method of the solid state image pickup device and an electronic apparatus which can reduce the kTC noise of an LCG signal, prevent reduction in the SNR at a coupling point of an HCG signal and the LCG signal and increase the image quality.SOLUTION: A solid state image pickup device switches a first reset transistor and a second reset transistor to a conduction state at a start point of a reset period PR1, retains a first reset line in the connection state with a reset potential in a prescribed first period PR11 after the start of the reset period PR1, switches the first reset line to the floating state by switching the second reset transistor to the non-conducting state such that the impedance of the first reset line becomes high after the elapse of the first period PR1, and switches the first reset transistor to the non-conducting state at the termination point of the reset period PR1 after the elapse of a second period PR12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】LCG信号のkTCノイズを低減でき、HCG信号とLCG信号の結合点におけるSNRの低下を防止でき、ひいては高画質化を図ることが可能な固体撮像装置、固体撮像装置の駆動方法、および電子機器を提供する。【解決手段】リセット期間PR1の開始時点に第1のリセット用トランジスタおよび第2のリセット用トランジスタを導通状態に切り換え、リセット期間PR1が開始してから所定の第1の期間PR11は第1のリセットラインをリセット電位との接続状態に保持し、第1の期間PR1経過後に、第1のリセットラインのインピーダンスが高くなるように、第2のリセット用トランジスタを非導通状態に切り換えて、第1のリセットラインをフローティング状態に切り換え、第2の期間PR12が経過してリセット期間PR1の終了時点になると第1のリセット用トランジスタを非導通状態に切り換える。【選択図】図3
