To provide a temporary housing estate design system that can reduce the time required for design of a temporary housing estate.SOLUTION: A temporary housing estate design system 1 for design of a temporary housing estate is provided with: point group data acquisition units (communication unit 11, operation unit 13) that acquire point group data of a site of the temporary housing estate and the periphery thereof (step S1 in Figure 3); a point group data separation unit (operation unit 13) that separates the acquired point group data into at least point groups inside the site and point groups outside the site, divides the point groups inside the site into a plurality of groups of clusters, and separates the point groups inside the site into point groups of a site surface and point groups other than the site surface based on the clusters (step S2 in Figure 3); and a modeling unit (operation unit 13) that creates a virtual model of the site surface by using the point groups of the site surface (step S3 in Figure 3).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】仮設住宅団地の設計に要する時間の短縮を図ることができる仮設住宅団地設計システムを提供する。【解決手段】仮設住宅団地の設計のための仮設住宅団地設計システム１であって、仮設住宅団地の敷地及びその周辺の点群データを取得する（図３のステップＳ１）点群データ取得部（通信部１１、演算部１３）と、取得された前記点群データを少なくとも敷地内の点群と敷地外の点群とに分離し、前記敷地内の点群を複数のクラスタにグループ分けし、前記クラスタに基づいて前記敷地内の点群を少なくとも敷地面の点群と敷地面以外の点群とに分離する（図３のステップＳ２）点群データ分離部（演算部１３）と、前記敷地面の点群を用いて敷地面の仮想モデルを作成する（図３のステップＳ３）モデリング部（演算部１３）と、を具備するものである。【選択図】図３
