Summary: | To provide a labyrinth seal which enables a gap of the labyrinth seal to be easily adjusted to an original seal gap in a shorter time than conventional labyrinth seals even if the gap of the labyrinth seal expands.SOLUTION: A labyrinth seal includes: a main shaft sleeve 100; and a ring shaped labyrinth liner 300 which is disposed so as to surround the main shaft sleeve 100. The labyrinth liner 300 is disposed at a casing 700 in a direction parallel to a main shaft Ms by a jack bolt 500 which may move in a direction from the low pressure side of a sealed fluid to the high pressure side. Facing surfaces of the main shaft sleeve 100 and the labyrinth liner 300 are provided so as to have the same inclination relative to the main shaft Ms. The inclination is formed so that a distance from a center of the main shaft becomes larger from the low pressure side of the main shaft to the high pressure side. A space between the facing surfaces may be adjusted by fixing the labyrinth liner 300 by the jack bolt 500 in a manner that the labyrinth liner 300 is shifted to the high pressure side or the low pressure side of the main shaft Ms in a direction along the main shaft Ms according to a leakage amount of the fluid from the labyrinth seal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】ラビリンスシールのギャップが拡大しても、従来よりも短時間で、元のシール隙間に簡便にアジャストできるラビリンスシールを提供する。【解決手段】主軸スリーブ100と、主軸スリーブ100を取り囲むように配置されるリング状のラビリンスライナ300とを備え、ラビリンスライナ300は、ケーシング700に、主軸Msと平行な方向に、シールする流体の低圧側から高圧側の方向に、進退可能なジャッキボルト500により配置され、主軸スリーブ100とラビリンスライナ300との相互の対向面が、主軸Msに対して同一の勾配を有するように設けられ、勾配は、主軸の低圧側から高圧側にかけて、主軸の中心からの距離が大きくなるように形成され、対向面の間隔を、ラビリンスシールからの流体の漏出量に応じて、ジャッキボルト500により主軸Msに沿った方向に、主軸Msの高圧側又は低圧側に位置をずらして固定することにより、調整可能とした。【選択図】図2 |
