To provide a gas barrier film which is excellent in gas barrier property, causes no blocking, and is reduced in defects of a gas barrier layer caused by an antiblocking agent.SOLUTION: In a gas barrier film 30 comprising a base material film 11 and a gas barrier layer 12, the base material film 11 has an antiblocking agent on the surface. In a surface measurement of the base material film 11 using a 3D measurement laser microscope, there are 58/mm2 or more and 74/mm2 or less of protrusions whose peak is higher than the flat surface portion by 0.2 μm or more, and 19/mm2 or more and 59/mm2 of recesses whose deepest portion is deeper than the flat surface portion by 0.2 μm or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】ガスバリア性に優れ、かつ、ブロッキングが起こらず、アンチブロッキング剤に起因するガスバリア層の欠陥が低減されたガスバリアフィルムを提供する。【解決手段】基材フィルム１１と、ガスバリア層１２とを備えるガスバリアフィルム３０において、基材フィルム１１は表面にアンチブロッキング剤を有する。３Ｄ測定レーザー顕微鏡を用いた基材フィルム１１の表面測定において、頂点が平面部よりも０．２μｍ以上高い突起が５８個／ｍｍ２以上７４個／ｍｍ２以下であり、かつ最深部が平面部よりも０．２μｍ以上深い凹みが１９個／ｍｍ２以上５９個／ｍｍ２以下である。【選択図】図３
