To provide a vial storage container and a storage container thereof facilitating both of individually picking up a vial and simultaneously picking up a plurality of vials and standardizing packaging and transportation of storage containers for storing vials regardless of capacities of vials.SOLUTION: A nest 1, the storage container for vials for holding a plurality of cylindrical vials, comprises a top plate 11 including a plurality of holes 11A formed therein, and vial holding parts 12 consecutively provided to the holes 11A. The top plate 11 includes a holding margin 11B at an outer edge of an area where the holes 11A are formed.
