Summary:To suppress a rise in road surface temperature by vaporization heat caused by evaporation of moisture pumped into a permeable concrete pavement layer having water retention property.SOLUTION: In the porous concrete having a water pumping function obtained by blending water, cement, coarse aggregate, and fine aggregate, the coarse aggregate is No. 7 crushed stone, is mixed as 21 - 29% water-cement ratio in the range of 10 - 30% fine aggregate, and has a water pumping function characterized in that the hydraulic conductivity of the concrete after curing is 1.0×10-2 cm/sec or more and the suction height is 7 cm or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 保水性を有する透水性コンクリート舗装層内に揚水された水分の蒸発による気化熱で路面温度の上昇を抑制する。【解決手段】 水、セメント、粗骨材、細骨材を配合してなる揚水機能を有するポーラスコンクリートにおいて、前記粗骨材は、７号砕石であり、細骨材率が１０～３０％の範囲において、水セメント比２１～２９％として混合され、硬化後のコンクリートの透水係数が１．０×１０-2ｃｍ／秒以上、吸上げ高さが７ｃｍ以上であることを特徴とする揚水機能を有する。【選択図】 図１
