To provide a vehicular equipment holding tool which can be arranged at multiple kinds of arrangement places.SOLUTION: A vehicular equipment holding tool includes a top floor layer part, an intermediate floor layer part, and a bottom floor layer part. The top floor layer part includes an equipment arrangement space where a part of the equipment is arranged. In the intermediate floor layer part, an area perpendicular in a lamination direction has the same size as the top floor layer part or is smaller than the top floor layer part. In the bottom floor layer part, an area perpendicular in a lamination direction has the same size as the intermediate floor layer part or is smaller than the intermediate floor layer part. The top floor layer part includes an equipment holding part and a first space. The equipment holding part holds the equipment arranged in the equipment arrangement space. The intermediate floor layer part includes a second space and an equipment support part.
