Summary:To provide a coagulation test device for measuring clotting time and clot characteristics of a whole blood sample under different hemostatic conditions.SOLUTION: A device is configured to: activate a vacuum source to move a whole blood sample from a container into a plurality of channels in a cartridge and subsequently into a plurality of reagent chambers where the blood mixes with a reagent, and then through a plurality of serpentine channels to a plurality of test chambers; activate an actuator to shake the cartridge; receive signals from a plurality of sensors each associated with one of the test chambers, where the signals are based on the presence of a spherical member within a magnetic field generated by a magnet positioned adjacently to each of the test chambers; determine whether coagulopathy is present in the whole blood for each test chamber; and output to a display an indicator of whether coagulopathy is present in the whole blood for each test chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】異なる止血条件下で全血検体の凝固時間および血餅特性を測定するための凝固検査デバイスを提供する。【解決手段】デバイスは、全血検体を、容器からカートリッジ内の複数の流路へ、その後、血液が試薬と混合する複数の試薬チャンバ内へ、次に複数の蛇行形状流路を通って複数の検査チャンバ内へと移動させるように、真空源を作動させ、カートリッジを振動させるためにアクチュエータを作動させ、各センサが検査チャンバのうちの1つに関連付けられた複数のセンサから、検査チャンバのそれぞれに隣接して配置された磁石によって発生される磁界内の球状部材の存在に基づく信号を受信し、各検査チャンバの全血中に凝血障害が存在するか否かを判定し、各検査チャンバの全血中に凝血障害が存在するか否かを示す標識をディスプレイに出力する。【選択図】図1
