Summary:To provide a spherical alumina particle mixture capable of improving thermal conductivity of a resin composition formed when mixed with a resin and suppressing viscosity, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a spherical alumina particle mixture having 0.04 wt.% or less of particles of 180 μm or more in a particle size distribution measured by a wet particle size test method, an α ratio of 45% or more, a specific surface area of 0.3 to 1.0 m2/g, and a circularity of 0.85 or more.
