To support more adequate maintenance management depending on a state, i.e., an actual state, of a washing machine.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a washing machine maintenance management system which has a washing machine 1, a user terminal 2, and a washing machine maintenance management device 3 and supports maintenance management of a washing tub of the washing machine 1.
