Summary:To provide a suspension element component evaluation apparatus which can realize the highly accurate operation in an extremely low speed and fine vibration region without noise and also can support a test in such a type that adds external force by enhancing rigidity of the apparatus.SOLUTION: A suspension element component evaluation apparatus comprises: at least two shaft parts; a rail-like lifting movable part which is arranged in parallel to the two shaft parts and is constituted by a linear motor; an apparatus body part which has the two shaft parts and the rail-like lifting movable part; a bushing part which includes an air bearing to which each of the two shaft parts is inserted and which reduces the slide resistance with the air inflow; a movable element which is engaged with the rail-like lifting movable part to slide; a lifting part which has a stage part that fixes the bushing part, the movable element and a testing object; an air supply part which supplies the air to the air bearing of the bushing part; and an external force addition part which adds the force in a direction vertical to a direction of movement of the movable element to an inspection object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】極微低速、微振動領域における高精度の動作をノイズ無く実現し、さらに、装置の剛性を高めて外力を加える種類の試験にも対応可能なサスペンション要素部品評価装置を提供する。【解決手段】少なくとも2本のシャフト部と、2本のシャフト部と平行に配置されリニアモータにより構成されるレール状昇降可動部と、2本のシャフト部及びレール状昇降可動部を備える装置本体部と、2本のシャフト部のそれぞれが挿通され、空気流入により摺動抵抗を低下させるエアベアリングを備えるブッシング部と、レール状昇降可動部と係合して摺動する可動子と、ブッシング部、可動子、及び被試験物を固定するステージ部を備える昇降部と、ブッシング部のエアベアリングへ空気を供給する空気供給部と、可動子の可動する方向と垂直となる向きの力を被検査物に加える外力付加部を備える。【選択図】図1
