Summary:To provide a method for further efficiently combusting fuel necessary for maintaining a temperature of a furnace, and carbon in a heating object, in the heating of the heating object by the fluid bed furnace.SOLUTION: A particle substance containing a ferric oxide, as one example, an oxidized product of a copper slag is used for a fluid medium 2 of a fluid bed furnace. When fuel 13 and a heating object 11 contain carbon, the carbon of the heating object 11 can be further efficiently combusted by using the particle substance containing the ferric oxide to the fluid medium 2 of the fluid bed furnace. Also, the post-heating heating object 11 can be obtained without performing an operation for separating the heating object 11 and the fluid medium 2 composed of the particle substance containing the ferric oxide from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 流動層炉による加熱対象物の加熱において、炉の温度を維持するために必要な燃料および加熱対象物中の炭素をより効率的に燃焼させる方法を提供する。【解決手段】 酸化第二鉄を含有する粒子状物質、例として銅スラグの酸化処理物を流動層炉の流動媒体2に用いる。酸化第二鉄を含有する粒子状物質を流動層炉の流動媒体2に用いることで、燃料13および加熱対象物11が炭素を含有している場合には加熱対象物11中の炭素をより効率的に燃焼させることができる。また、加熱対象物11と酸化第二鉄を含有する粒状物質からなる流動媒体2との分離操作なしで加熱後の加熱対象物11を得ることができる。【選択図】 図1
