To provide a hair dye composition that ensures superior dyeability, is high in the stability of agents, has superior applicability, reduces skin irritation, and achieves a good finish feeling.SOLUTION: A hair dye composition according to an embodiment includes a first agent including an oxidation dye, an alkali agent, and water, and a second agent including an oxidizer and water. The first agent and the second agent are mixed for use. The first agent includes (A) polyoxyethylene alkyl ether phosphoric acid or a salt thereof, (B) acylglutamate including an acyl group with 18 or fewer carbon atoms, (C) fatty acid diethylamino ethyl amide, (D) dipropyleneglycol, and (E) polyoxyethylene cetyl ether with an HLB of 19 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】良好な染色性を確保しつつ、薬剤の安定性が高く、塗布性に優れ、皮膚への刺激が少なく、かつ良好な仕上がり感を実現可能な染毛剤組成物を提供する。【解決手段】実施形態の一例である染毛剤組成物は、酸化染料、アルカリ剤、および水を含む第１剤と、酸化剤および水を含む第２剤とを備え、第１剤と第２剤を混合して使用する組成物である。第１剤は、（Ａ）ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテルリン酸またはその塩、（Ｂ）炭素数１８以下のアシル基を有するアシルグルタミン酸塩、（Ｃ）脂肪酸ジエチルアミノエチルアミド、（Ｄ）ジプロピレングリコール、および（Ｅ）ＨＬＢが１９以上のポリオキシエチレンセチルエーテルを含む。【選択図】なし
