Summary:To provide a blower which is provided with a terminal base onto which many connection terminals can be fixed within a limited installation space.SOLUTION: A blower includes impellers which are stored in an outer box having a suction port and a blow-off port, electric motors which are stored in the outer box and drive the impellers and a terminal base 16 fixed onto a lateral surface of the outer box. The terminal base 16 includes a rectangular parallelepiped quick-connection terminal 15 having a plurality of terminal parts which electrically connect an input side electric wire connected to an outer part power source and an output side electric wire to be connected to the electric motor, and a terminal fixing base 19 which supports the quick-connection terminal 15 in such a state that there is a gap between the quick-connection terminal and the lateral surface of the outer box. The quick-connection terminal 15 is sandwiched by two grooves formed one by one on two different surfaces which are not adjacent to each other, and thereby, is constricted to provide a constricted part 31. The terminal fixing base 19 has a connection terminal mounting plate 33 provided with a bifurcated connection terminal insertion part 32 and the quick-connection terminal 15 is fixed onto the connection terminal mounting plate 33 by allowing insertion of the connection terminal insertion part 32 into each of the two grooves.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】限られた設置スペースで多くの接続端子を固定できる端子台を備えた送風機を得ることと。【解決手段】送風機は、吸込口及び吹出口が形成された外箱に収納された羽根車と、外箱に収納され羽根車を駆動する電動機と、外箱の側面に固定される端子台１６とを備え、端子台１６は、外部電源に接続される入力側電線と、電動機に接続される出力側電線とを電気的に接続する複数の端子部を有する直方体状の速結端子１５と、速結端子１５を、外箱の側面との間に隙間がある状態で支持する端子固定台１９とを備え、速結端子１５は、互いに隣接しない異なる二つの面に一つずつ形成された二つの溝に挟まれることによってくびれたくびれ部３１が設けられており、端子固定台１９は、二股状の接続端子挿入部３２が設けられた接続端子載置板３３を有し、速結端子１５は、二つの溝の各々に、接続端子挿入部３２が挿入されることによって接続端子載置板３３に固定される。【選択図】図７
