The gear shift control device includes: a gear shift map 50 that defines, for each of gear shift points, thresholds of the number of revolutions to determine a switching start timing of each of the gear positions; a transmission control unit 22b that performs switching between the gear positions on the basis of the gear shift map 50; and a regeneration control unit 21d that controls regeneration.
