Summary:To provide an opening/closing system of a tail gate capable of opening/closing a tail gate at timing intended by a worker in an easy way.SOLUTION: An opening/closing system 10 of a tail gate 1, including a control device 12 for controlling an opening/closing device 4 for opening/closing the tail gate 1 arranged in a rear surface part 3 of a vehicle 2, includes a measuring device 11 that is arranged in the rear surface part 3 below the tail gate 1 in a closed state and successively acquires distance data to objects existing behind the rear surface part 3. The control device 12 executes data processing for identifying an entry operation of each object into a trigger area 13 within a measurement range of the measuring device 11 and an exit operation of each object from the trigger area 13 on the basis of a plurality of continuous distance data acquired by the measuring device 11, and control processing for causing the opening/closing device 4 to open/close the tail gate 1 on the basis of the combination of the identified entry operation and exit operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】簡便な動作により、作業者の意図したタイミングでテールゲートを開閉できるテールゲートの開閉システムを提供する。【解決手段】車両2の後面部3に配置されているテールゲート1を開閉させる開閉装置4を制御する制御装置12を備えたテールゲート1の開閉システム10において、閉じた状態のテールゲート1よりも下方の後面部3に配置されて、後面部3よりも後方に存在する物体までの距離データを逐次、取得する測定装置11を備え、制御装置12は、測定装置11が取得した連続した複数の距離データに基づいて、測定装置11の測定範囲内のトリガ領域13への物体の進入動作およびそのトリガ領域13からの物体の退出動作を特定するデータ処理と、特定した進入動作および退出動作の組み合わせに基づいて、開閉装置に4よりテールゲート1を開閉させる制御処理と、を実行する。【選択図】図1
