Summary: | To make it possible to grasp a processing state of each software with higher accuracy and add software while suppressing the delay in the occurrence of software processing.SOLUTION: A processing device includes: an arithmetic unit for reading a program, performing arithmetic processing, and executing program processing; and a storage unit for storing a software program to be executed by the arithmetic unit. The arithmetic unit has: a software executing unit for executing at least one software program; a load calculation unit for calculating a load of the processing of the arithmetic unit; and an update management unit for updating a software configuration. The update management unit does not add software when the load calculated by the load calculation unit is equal to or greater than an allowable value in a state in which software is added, and adds software when the load is less than the allowable value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
