Summary:To provide a polymerizable composition, a polymer and a polymer composition or the like suitable as a surface treating agent capable of forming a surface treatment layer having excellent slipperiness and antifouling properties to a base material.SOLUTION: There is provided a polymerizable composition which comprises: a polymerizable compound A having a bivalent or higher linking group, two or more polyalkylene oxide chains bonded to the bivalent or higher linking group and polymerizable group; and at least one polymerizable compound B selected from the group consisting of a polymerizable compound B1 having an organopolysiloxane structure and a polymerizable group and a polymerizable compound B2 having a linear alkyl group having 12 to 30 carbon atoms and a polymerizable group and comprises at least a polymerizable compound having a reactive silyl group.
