Summary:To provide an infusion injection device and an infusion injection method capable of controlling an infusion injection amount accurately and stably even when an infusion injection amount for a living body is small.SOLUTION: An infusion injection device 100 for injecting an infusion 50 to a patient through a tube 120 includes: a pump 110; a light scattering substance introduction part 130 for introducing liquid containing a light scattering substance 52 that enables optical measurement to the tube 120; an optical measurement sensor 160 disposed at a downstream position of the pump 110; and a calculation part 172. The optical measurement sensor 160 measures a flow rate of the light scattering substance 52 flowing through the inside 122 of the tube 120, and the calculation part 172 calculates an injection amount of the infusion 50 to the patient from the flow rate of the light scattering substance 52 measured by the optical measurement sensor 160.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】生体に対する輸液の注入量が微小である場合でも、輸液の注入量を正確、かつ、安定して制御することができる輸液注入装置、及び、輸液注入方法を提供する。【解決手段】輸液注入装置100は、チューブ120を通じて患者に輸液50を注入する輸液注入装置であって、ポンプ110と、光計測が可能な光散乱物質52を含む液体をチューブ120に導入する光散乱物質導入部130と、ポンプ110よりも下流の位置に配設される光計測センサー160と、演算部172と、を有し、光計測センサー160は、チューブ120の内部122を流れる光散乱物質52の流速を計測し、演算部172は、光計測センサー160が計測した光散乱物質52の流速から、患者への輸液50の注入量を演算する輸液注入装置100である。【選択図】図1
