To provide an inkjet ink composition having good water resistance and dispersion stability of a metallic pigment and capable of obtaining a recorded matter having excellent metallic gloss.SOLUTION: There is provided an inkjet ink composition which comprises a metallic pigment, a polyoxyalkylene amine compound and an organic solvent, wherein the metallic pigment is metal particles, the surface of which is treated with a surface treating agent, the surface treating agent is a compound represented by the following formula (1) or the following formula (2), the polyoxyalkylene amine compound includes a compound represented by the following formula (3) and the compound represented by the formula (3) has an average of m/(m+n)×100(%) of 20% or more and is a solvent-based ink.
