Summary:To provide a telephone remote control system and a method capable of logging in by setting the extension number without any manipulation using media and remote-logout with simple operations.SOLUTION: In the system, a first telephone set includes: a key setting unit that sets a free seating function to move the user's extension number to the second telephone set; and a telephone set control unit that receives a login operation, controls the call using the first telephone set and sends the extension number and first key information to a switch; and a telephone set control unit that receives the login operation and controls the call from the first telephone set transmits the extension number and the first key information. The switch includes: a storage unit that stores a piece of telephone set information in which the received extension number and the first key information are associated with the usage status of the free seating function, and a piece of second key information to log out the logged-in first telephone set; and a switch control unit that is configured to control to permit log-in with the extension number using the first key information of the first telephone set, receives a piece of release information from the second telephone set, cancels the free seating function, and logs out first telephone set.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】媒体を用いた操作をすることなく内線番号を設定してログインでき、かつ、簡易な操作で遠隔ログアウトする電話遠隔制御システム及び方法を提供する。【解決手段】システムは、第１の電話機は、利用者の内線番号を第２の電話機に移動させるためのフリーシーティング機能を設定するキー設定部と、ログイン操作を受け付けて第１の電話機による通話を制御し、内線番号と第１のキー情報とを交換機に送信する電話機制御部とを有する。交換機は、受け取った内線番号と第１のキー情報とフリーシーティング機能の使用状況とを対応付けた電話機情報と、ログインされた第１の電話機をログアウトさせるための第２のキー情報と認証情報とを記憶する記憶部と、第１の電話機に対して第１のキー情報による内線番号でのログインを許可し、第２の電話機から解除情報を受け取り、フリーシーティング機能を解除し、第１の電話機をログアウトさせる交換機制御部とを、有する。【選択図】図１
