To provide a pump device improving the power efficiency of piezoelectric pumps connected in series.SOLUTION: A pump device is equipped with a first piezoelectric pump 3, a second piezoelectric pump 5 that is connected in series with the first piezoelectric pump on the downstream side of the first piezoelectric pump, a driving portion 7 that supplies AC power as input power of the first piezoelectric pump and the second piezoelectric pump, a control portion 15 that controls the input power to the first piezoelectric pump and the second piezoelectric pump, and a power source portion 8 that supplies power to the driving portion.
