To provide a technique which dispenses with removal of a stain on an imaging device.SOLUTION: A property determination device comprises: an image acquisition unit which acquires object image data expressing an object image including excrements in a toilet bowl of a toilet stool by using an imaging device; and a determination unit which executes property determination of the acquired excrements.
