Summary:To develop an operation method of a new horizontal continuous heat conduction type drier improving accuracy in a discharge amount control in response to increase/decrease of retained goods in a drier while maintaining an input amount of an object to be processed, adjusting the retained goods amount automatically and allowing a stable dry operation.SOLUTION: In an operation method of a horizontal continuous heat conduction type drier, a fuzzy control for adjusting an amount of retained goods P2 in a body shell 10 is executed, having any plurality of measurement values among a measurement value of a retaining level of retained goods P2 in the body shell 10 scraped up in a rotational direction of a heat transfer member 11, a measurement value of a discharge temperature and a measurement value of a load current of a motor M1 to drive the heat transfer member 11 as a condition part, and having a closing time of an overflow port 102 as a conclusion part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 被処理物の投入量は一定にしながら、乾燥機内における滞留品の増減に応じた排出量制御の精度を上げ、滞留品量を自動的に調節して、安定した乾燥運転が可能となる新規な横型連続伝導伝熱式乾燥機の運転方法の開発を技術課題とした。【解決手段】伝熱部材11の回転方向に掻き上げられる本体シェル10内における滞留品P2の滞留レベルの測定値と、排気温度の測定値と、伝熱部材11を駆動するためのモータM1の負荷電流の測定値と、のうちの何れか複数の測定値を条件部とし、溢出口102の閉時間を結論部とし、本体シェル10内滞留品P2の量を調節するファジィ制御を行うことを特徴として成る。【選択図】図1
