Summary:To effectively utilize an autonomous traveling body.SOLUTION: A management device comprises: a reservation information acquisition unit; a reception unit; a time information acquisition unit; a creation unit; and an output unit. The reservation information acquisition unit acquires reservation information of each of an autonomous traveling body that autonomously travels and a transportation body that loads an article and can be connected to or separated from the autonomous traveling body. The reception unit receives designation of a delivery place of the transportation body from a user. The time information acquisition unit acquires travel time information indicating time required for traveling of the autonomous traveling body between the delivery place and a delivery start place to start transportation of the transportation body. The creation unit creates a transportation plan that connects the autonomous traveling body and the transportation body from the delivery start place to the delivery place and disconnects them at the delivery place, on the basis of the reservation information and the travel time information.
