Summary:To provide a communication system capable of coping with an increase in the number of billing separations.SOLUTION: A communication system comprises: a communication terminal; a relay device that relays communication between the communication terminal and a server; and the server. Each of the relay device and the server stores a first table that associates a billing separation ID for identifying a billing destination for a packet communication charge with a transmission source port number of the communication terminal. When performing packet transmission, the communication terminal, on the basis of the first table and a second table that associates an application ID of each of a plurality of applications with a billing separation ID, transmits a packet including a transmission source port number corresponding to a billing separation ID associated with an application ID.
