Summary:To provide a cultivation method that allows shift control of Mango harvest time, and to provide a shift-cultivated Mango fruit with increased added value, which is shift-cultivated by devising cultivation methods and making it possible to harvest and ship the following year out of season.SOLUTION: Provided are a shift cultivation method characterized by that the flower spikes that have formed on each branch of a Mango tree are removed from their respective roots, after cutting, new buds grow between the stem of the branch just below the cut and the root of the leaf and new leaves grow, and newly grown flower spikes bear fruit by cutting the new leaves and are thinned; and a Mango fruit obtained by the shift cultivation method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】マンゴーの収穫時期をシフト制御できる栽培方法とシフト栽培したマンゴーの果実に関し、栽培方法を工夫することでマンゴーをシフト栽培し、翌年の時季外れに収穫出荷可能とすることで、付加価値を高める。【解決手段】マンゴーの木の各枝に出来た花穂群をそれぞれの根本から切除し、切除後に切除したすぐ下の枝の茎と葉の根本との間から生えた新芽が成長して新葉が生え、その新葉を切除することにより新しく生えた花穂を結実させ、また間引くことを特徴とするシフト栽培方法又はシフト栽培方法で得たマンゴーの果実を得る。【選択図】図２
