To provide a floor structure capable of preventing the displacement of a seal member between a floor panel and a lid part.SOLUTION: A floor structure S has a lid part 2 fitted to a floor panel to cover a floor panel 1 and an opening part of the floor panel. The floor panel has a first vertical surface 17 positioned on one side of the opening part in a vehicle width direction and a second vertical surface 18 sandwiching the opening part and positioned on the opposite side of the first vertical surface.
