Summary:To provide an imaging support device which allows a subject to intuitively understand guide information, an operation method of the imaging support device and an operation program of the imaging support device.SOLUTION: A CPU of a console includes a state recognition unit and a projector control unit. The state recognition unit acquires subject position information being progress state information indicating the progress state of radiography, an adjustment termination signal and an irradiation termination signal. The projector control unit performs control of projecting guide information that is the guide information about imaging toward the subject and according to the progress state information to a preset projection surface of a radiographic room by a projector.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】被写体にガイド情報を直感的に理解させることが可能な撮影支援装置、撮影支援装置の作動方法、および撮影支援装置の作動プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】コンソールのＣＰＵは、状況認識部およびプロジェクタ制御部を有する。状況認識部は、放射線撮影の進行状況を示す進行状況情報である被写体位置情報、調整終了信号、および照射終了信号を取得する。プロジェクタ制御部は、被写体に向けた撮影に関するガイド情報であって、進行状況情報に応じたガイド情報を、プロジェクタにより放射線撮影室の予め設定された投影面に投影する制御を行う。【選択図】図６
