To detect whether or not a cutter unit is attached.SOLUTION: A cutter mechanism 5 comprises: a cutter unit 55 which stores a rotary blade 54 therein; an attachment part 56 to which the cutter unit 55 is detachably attached; a movement part 57 which moves the attachment part 56 along a left-right direction; a side frame 51; and a stopper 58. The side frame 51 is arranged at a first position located on a movement locus of the attachment part 56 moved by the movement part 57 on the outer side of a conveyance path relative to an end on one side in the left-right direction in the conveyance path of a sheet P.
