Summary:To provide a method and a system which are capable of lowering an average water depth of a floor as much as possible by, on the assumption that the inside of a building is regarded as a tank for storing water, changing the volume of a water storage tank by utilizing an automatic opening/closing operation of a door of each room.SOLUTION: Water immersion into a place to be an evacuation passage is reduced by automatically opening a door of a closed vacant room when water immersion into a building is sensed by a water level sensor, and positively immersing the vacant room to be utilized as a water-storing place. At this time, priority is given according to asset values of articles stored in each room of the building, and doors of the rooms are opened in order from lower indoor asset value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】建物の内部を、水を貯えるタンクと見立てて、各部屋の扉の自動開閉動作を利用して貯水タンク容量を変え、フロアの平均水深をできるだけ低くすることができる方法とシステムを提供すること。【解決手段】建物内浸水を水位センサで感知したときに、閉じている空室のドアを自動で開け、積極的に浸水させて当該空室を水の貯水場所として利用することで、避難通路となる箇所の浸水を低減させる。このとき、前記建物の部屋内保管物品の資産価値に応じて優先順位を付け、室内資産価値の低い部屋から解放する構成とする。【選択図】図1
