To provide a flood prevention structure for a building capable of preventing water which has penetrated an earth floor space from a doorway of the building from penetrating the earth floor side.SOLUTION: A vertical handrail bar 31 extending in a vertical direction is arranged adjacent to a wall near a boundary part 25 of an entrance earth space 15 and an entrance hall 16 in a building 10. The vertical handrail bar 31 is supported on an upper support part 33 and a lower support part rotatably in a circumferential direction. On the vertical handrail bar 31, flood prevention sheet 41 is wound. The flood prevention sheet 41 is developed by being pulled out from the vertical rail bar 31 along the boundary part 25 through rotation of the vertical rail bar 31. In a developed state, the flood prevention sheet 41 is placed along the boundary part 25 in a state it extends upward further than a floor surface 16a of the entrance hall 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】建物の出入口から土間空間に水が入り込んだ場合に、その水が床上空間側へ浸入するのを迅速に防止することができる建物における浸水防止構造を提供する。【解決手段】建物１０において玄関土間空間１５と玄関ホール１６との境界部２５付近の壁際には、上下方向に延びる縦手摺棒３１が設けられている。縦手摺棒３１は、上側支持部３３及び下側支持部により周方向に回転可能に支持されている。縦手摺棒３１には、浸水防止シート４１が巻き付けられている。浸水防止シート４１は、縦手摺棒３１の回転により、縦手摺棒３１から上記境界部２５に沿って引き出されることにより展開状態とされる。展開状態では、浸水防止シート４１が玄関ホール１６の床面１６ａよりも上方に延びる状態で上記境界部２５に沿って配置される。【選択図】図１
