Summary:To provide a laminate having excellent tearing properties and interlayer adhesion, as well as easy to be formed into a mono-material film.SOLUTION: A laminate 1 includes a substrate layer 10, a first adhesive layer 21, an intermediate layer 30, a second adhesive layer 22, and a sealant layer 50 laminated in this order. In the laminate, the substrate layer, the intermediate layer and the sealant layer include polyethylene. On a face at the substrate layer side of the laminate, a crystallinity index is 60% or more when measured within a range of diffraction angle 10° to 30° with a 2θ scanning measurement using a parallel beam method of an X-ray diffraction method incident with an X-ray incident angle fixed to be less than 1°, and calculated by a ratio of crystal peak areas of a polyethylene (110) and a polyethylene (200) to a whole peak area. On a face at the sealant layer side of the laminate, a crystallinity index is less than 60% measured with the 2θ scanning measurement and calculated in a similar manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】引き裂き性および層間密着性が良好であり、モノマテリアル化もしやすい積層体を提供する。【解決手段】基材層10、第一接着剤層21、中間層30、第二接着剤層22、およびシーラント層50がこの順に積層された積層体1において、基材層、中間層、およびシーラント層はポリエチレンを含む。積層体の基材層側の面において、X線の入射角を1°未満に固定して入射するX線回折法の平行ビーム法を用いた2θスキャン測定により回折角度10°から30°の範囲で測定し、全ピーク面積に対するポリエチレン(110)とポリエチレン(200)の結晶ピーク面積の比により算出される結晶化度は60%以上である。積層体のシーラント層側の面において、2θスキャン測定により測定し、同様に算出される結晶化度は60%未満である。【選択図】図1
