Summary: | To provide a work planning system than can suppress an occurrence of a human error.SOLUTION: A work planning system includes: a work planning apparatus including a work procedure creation unit that creates work procedures of planning tasks for performing a working outage in a power distribution system, an evaluation unit that calculates a value of an evaluation item for each of the work procedures and calculate a score of each of the work procedures using a learned model, and a work procedure selection unit that selects one of the work procedures based on the score; and a model generation apparatus including an explanatory variable setting unit that sets the value of the evaluation item for each of the work procedures of the plurality of planning tasks as an explanatory variable, an objective variable setting unit that sets the score of each of the work procedures of the plurality of planning tasks as an objective variable, and a model generation unit that generates the learned model for obtaining the objective variable from the explanatory variable by using machine learning.
